Article 1

Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 45, Art. 4377; 2005, No. 13, Art. 1078; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3290; 2007, No. 46, Art. 5554; 2016, No. 1, Art. 82; No. 27, Art. 4224; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7796; 2020, No. 8, Art. 915; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5159; 2022, No. 1, Art. 57; No. 12, Art. 1783; No. 48, Art. 8325) following changes:

Item 3 of Article 9 to declare 1) invalid;

2) Item 3.2 of article 33 after the words "30 kilograms" to add with the words "extralight piloted civil aircrafts weighing design of 115 kilograms and less";

3) Item 1 of article 95 after words of "the territory of the Russian Federation" to add with words ", and also with the aircraft used for the purpose of civil aviation which is not registered (not considered) according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 33 of this Code,".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2023.
