1) paragraph one of part 5 of Article 13.15 after words of "firearms" to add with the words "and to equally illegal manufacture of ammunition, except for data on methods, methods of independent equipment of cartridges to civil fire long-barreled weapon";

2) in Article 20.3.3:

a) add the name with words ", rendering by voluntary forming, the organizations or persons of assistance in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation";

b) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. The public actions directed to discredit of use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purpose of protection of interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintenance of international peace and safety including public calls for hindrance of use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for present purposes, or on discredit of execution by state bodies of the Russian Federation of the powers outside the territory of the Russian Federation for present purposes, and it is equal on rendering discredit by voluntary forming, the organizations or persons of assistance in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -
