About approval of the Regulations on the local executive authority

For the purpose of ensuring consecutive implementation of necessary measures in the field of the state construction, and also determination of powers, field of activity and enhancement of structure of the local executive authority, according to article 124 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 06.06.2012 No. 648

3. Establish official pay rates of workers in offices of heads of the city and district executive authority, representative offices of bodies of the district and city executive authority in the cities of district subordination, settlements and villages on the basis of the corresponding regulatory legal acts regulating official pay rates of employees of executive bodies of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4. Carry maintenance costs of workers of the office of heads of the district and city executive authority, representative offices of bodies of the district and city executive authority in the cities of district subordination, settlements and villages respectively at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic and the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

5. Consider invalid:
