About modification of procedure for maintaining the register of licenses to use radio-frequency range

According to the Law of Ukraine of August 16, 2022 No. 2529-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning improvement of management in the field of electronic communications", the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service decides:

1. Bring in procedure for maintaining the register of licenses to use radio-frequency range approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service of July 06, 2022 No. 96, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 05, 2022 at No. 890/38226, the following changes:

Item 2 of subsection 1 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. If the licensee intends to extend the validity of the license to use radio-frequency range, he shall file the corresponding petition (appendix 4 to this Procedure) to NKEK, except case of automatic prolongation of effective period of the license according to Item 8-1 of the Section XIX "Final and transitional provisions of the law";
