About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of January 31, 2020 No. 211 and of April 08, 2020 No. 217

According to Articles 11, of 22, "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" the board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment decides 23 Laws of Ukraine:

1. In the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the Resolution of Board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of January 31, 2020 No. 211 "About the minimum size of unemployment benefit", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 20, 2020 at No. 197/34480, of the word and figure of "Article 22 part two" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Article 23 part three".

2. In Item 1 of the Resolution of Board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of April 08, 2020 No. 217 "About the minimum size of unemployment benefit for quarantine", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 13, 2020 at No. 344/34627, of the word and figure of "Article 22 part two" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Article 23 part three".

3. Submit to the state jobcenter this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since October 29, 2022.
