About modification of the Regulations On public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory and recognition No. 727 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 2018
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations On public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 15 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 7, Art. 164; 2021, No. 98, the Art. 6402), the enclosed changes.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 2018 No. 727 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of land management is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 74, the Art. 2474).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of Item 3 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 No. 2698-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning system recovery of registration of the rights of lease of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose and enhancement of the legislation on protection of lands", and the subitem 3 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of Item 1 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2022 No. 2601-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About place names" concerning enhancement of the activities connected with establishment, regulation, accounting, registration, use and preserving place names".
