1. Add with Article 12.3-1 of the following content:

"12.3-1. In case of possibility of receipt of the documents necessary for state registration of pledge of personal estate, in the relevant state body (organization) through the Information system "Electronic Government", these documents from the applicant are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents through the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, their representation is requested from the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided with the applicant.".

2. In Article 13.1.1 after the words "in case of incompleteness" to add the word" (taking into account requirements of article 12.3-1 of this Law)".

3. Add with Article 14.2-1 of the following content:

"14.2-1. In case of possibility of receipt of the documents or data necessary for additional state registration of mortgage, in the relevant state body (organization) by means of the information system "Electronic Government", these documents or data from the applicant are not required. In cases when it is impossible to receive such documents or data through the information system "Electronic Government", their representation is requested from the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided with the applicant.".
