About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2014 No. 93
Based on part six of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 8.8-5 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for creation and activities of medical and consulting and other commissions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2014 No. 93, the following changes:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. VKK is created in the organizations of health care for the purpose of:
joint consideration and decision making concerning conducting medical examinations, medical abilitation, medical rehabilitation;
conducting examination of quality of medical care;
estimates of the state of health of the patient for issue of the conclusion of VKK;
quality evaluations of medical care and medical examinations;
solutions of other questions in case of delivery of health care.";
in paragraph three of Item 10 of the word "delivery of health care to patients and conducting medical examinations" shall be replaced with words "medical care and medical examinations, examinations of quality of medical care";
in Item 13:
in part two of the word "having the first or the highest" shall be replaced with words "Medical examination", having";
the fourth and fifth after the word "chairman" to add parts with words of "one of structures";
third Item 14 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
