1. Add with Articles 36.4 and 41.4 of the following content:

"36.4. In the presence of possibility of receipt of documents, stipulated in Article 36.1 of this Code, in the relevant state body (organization) by means of electronic ministerial information system, these documents from the applicant are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents through the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, their representation is requested from the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided with the applicant.";

"41.4. In case of possibility of receipt of the documents necessary for prolongation of temporary stay, in the relevant state body (organization) through the Information system "Electronic Government", these documents from the applicant are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents through the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, their representation is requested from the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of the applicant or provided with the applicant.".
