368-1.1. For change or copying of number IMEI of the mobile device for the purpose of evasion from registration of the mobile device -

physical persons are imposed by penalty from three hundred to four hundred manats, officials - from one thousand to five hundred manats, legal entities - from three thousand to four thousand manats.

368-1.2. For repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 368-1.1 of this Code, person subjected to administrative punishment within year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment, -

physical persons are imposed by penalty from six hundred to eight hundred manats, on officials from two thousand to two thousand five hundred manats, legal entities from nine thousand to twelve thousand manats".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2023.
