According to article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense purchases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve features of implementation of defense purchases for action of legal regime of warlike situation which are applied.

2. For action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine to stop action of Items 64-67 of procedure for planning, forming, features of placement, adjustment of defense purchases, control and the reporting on their accomplishment, and also the promulgation of information on defense purchases approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2021 No. 363 "Questions of defense purchases" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 33, the Art. 1916).

3. Determine that:

1) the report on the agreement signed without use of electronic purchasing system according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 169 "Some questions of implementation of defense purchases of goods, works and services in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1254) - in edition as of August 10, 2022, and also the public contract (agreement), all appendices and changes to it will be promulgated by the state customer in the field of defense and Service of the state customer (further - the state customer) within 90 days from the date of the termination or cancellation of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine if by the state customer such report, the public contract (agreement), all appendices and changes to it after its conclusion before entry into force of this resolution is not promulgated;

2) the defense purchases of goods, works and services begun before entry into force of this resolution come to the end according to the procedure, acting before entry into force of this resolution;
