About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine of rather electronic identification and electronic confidential services
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:
1) in Article 4 part one:
in the subitem "g" of Item 1-1 of the word "according to the international standards" to exclude;
in Item 22 of the word "digital signature facilities" shall be replaced with words "digital signature facilities or seals";
2) in Article 31-1:
in paragraph one of part of the second word "assurance (signing) by the digital signature necessary for implementation of customs control and customs clearance of goods, vehicles of commercial purpose of documents which representation to customs authorities is provided by this Code electronically such assurance is performed by imposing of the qualified or advanced digital signature of the authorized person of the company" shall be replaced with words "imposing of the digital signature on documents, necessary for implementation of customs control and customs clearance of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment, which submission to customs authorities is provided by this Code electronically such imposing is performed by use of the qualified or advanced digital signature";
in the paragraph the second "the qualified digital signature of the authorized person which is based on the qualified digital signature certificate respectively" shall be replaced with words parts of the third word "the qualified or advanced digital signature which is based on the qualified digital signature certificate of the authorized person, respectively";
in word part five of "services of the qualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words "qualified electronic confidential services";
