RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, of the Art. 1399, No. 40, of the Art. 2167), having added the subitem 5 after the words "in this subitem" with words "(except effective period of licenses in the field of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and payment for such licenses)".

2. Determine that entries into force of this resolution, unpaid about one day, annual payments for licenses in the field of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings for every year of action of the license are paid to 30-days time from the date of entry into force of this resolution. During the specified term subjects of managing in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings shall submit to the commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries the documents confirming introduction of payment for licenses.
