Due to the basic change of circumstances the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Terminate the Agreement between the government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the organization of the joint control at check points on the Ukrainian-Belarusian frontier made on December 14, 1995 in Kiev.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report in accordance with the established procedure to the government of the Republic of Belarus about cancellation of the agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
