Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 52, Art. 5029; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6225; 2011, No. 1, Art. 49; 2013, No. 49, Art. 6336; No. 52, Art. 6975; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1533; No. 52, Art. 7543; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3958; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4789; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5115; 2020, No. 15, Art. 2238; No. 22, Art. 3384; No. 30, Art. 4738; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5154) following changes:

1) in Article 10:

a) Item 2 of part 4 to add with words "(except for submissions of the statement for payment of compensation for deposits according to the procedure, provided by part 8 of this Article)";

b) add with parts 7 - 9 following contents:

"7. In case of submission by the investor of the statement for payment of compensation for deposits electronically identity documents of physical person, are not represented.

8. The investor in case of the appeal to the Agency with the requirement about payment of compensation for deposits has the right to submit the application, stipulated in Item 1 parts 4 of this Article, electronically one of the following methods:
