1. Appoint:

1) Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

national coordination center for questions of access to genetic resources and joint use of benefits;

competent national authority concerning access to genetic resources and joint use of benefits in the field of genetic resources vegetable, including the woods, and fauna;

2) the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan competent national authority concerning access to genetic resources and joint use of benefits in the field of genetic resources (strains) of microorganisms;

3) the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan competent national authority concerning access to genetic resources and joint use of benefits in the field of genetic resources of farm animals and plants;

4) the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan competent national authority concerning access to genetic resources and joint use of benefits in the field of the genetic resources connected with production of medicines (vaccines).

2. To the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources, science and the higher education, agricultural industry, health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the subitem and) Item 1 of article 17 of the Nagoysky protocol:
