About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of activities of business entities and ledger maintenance of registration of checks

For the purpose of reducing intervention of monitoring bodies in activities of business entities, ensuring protection of their rights and legitimate interests, non-admission of unreasonable restrictions of business activity, based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 23, 2006 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with reducing number and enhancement of system of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship", and also presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 14, 2005 and of October 5, 2005 NUP-3665, I order to NUP-3619:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of activities of business entities and ledger maintenance of registration of checks according to appendix.

2. To management of state registration of departmental regulations (S. Sattarov):

register this order and enter the corresponding record in the State register of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments;

provide control of bringing to data of interested persons of requirements of this order and its correct application.

3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
