Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 52-FZ "About compulsory national insurance of life and health of the military personnel, the citizens called on military charges, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the Public fire service, the staff of organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, employees of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, the staff of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1474; No. 30, Art. 3613; 2002, No. 30, Art. 3033; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2700; 2008, No. 24, Art. 2799; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3457; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4160, 4238; 2019, No. 40, Art. 5488; No. 52, Art. 7815) following changes:

1) in Article 7.1:

a) in the name of the word "in the absence of the agreement of compulsory national insurance" to exclude;

b) in Item 2 of the word "in the absence of the agreement of compulsory national insurance" to exclude;

c) add Item 3 with the offer of the following content: "In case, stipulated in Item the 10th this Article, compensation is paid in 30-day time from the date of receipt of the documents necessary for decision making about its payment.";

d) in item 4 of the word "the insurer pays to the beneficiary penalty" shall be replaced with words "the penalty is paid to the beneficiary";
