solved:

1. Bring the following changes in Regulations of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation:

1.1. In paragraph 42:

a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "in Article 51" shall be replaced with words "in Article 51 part one";

b) to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:

"Representatives of these bodies, other persons or their representatives (further - the invited persons) can be heard in meeting of the Constitutional Court, after their performances questions by judges, and with the permission of the Constitutional Court also the parties and experts can be asked them.".
