1. In the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 38-47, 66), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
The subitem 2) of Item 1 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) the Procedure of professional training of the unemployed by means of rates on the basis of vouchers, according to appendix No. 2";

Chapter I General provisions
1. The procedure of professional training of the unemployed by means of rates on the basis of vouchers (further - the Procedure) provides realization of provisions of article 32 of the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment by National employment agency of the population (further - the Agency) through territorial subdivisions of employment of the population (further - territorial subdivisions) and service providers of professional training (further - suppliers).
2. This Procedure establishes procedure and conditions of the organization and carrying out professional training of the unemployed by means of rates on the basis of vouchers.
