for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on bases of the interstate relations of the Republic Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Moldova of November 11, 1992,

aiming to develop the economic and scientific and technical relations in the field of informatization on equal and mutually advantageous basis,

understanding mutual interest in implementation of joint projects on creation and development of information and communication infrastructure,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote development economic and sci-tech cooperation in the field of creation of national information systems, and also to establishment of contacts between the interested organizations, the companies and organizations for the purpose of implementation of this agreement.

Article 2

The cooperation in the field of informatization will be performed in the following directions:

1) creation of the state information resources;

2) informatization of the social sphere, including questions of social protection and employment of the population, accounting of citizens, the real estate and vehicles;

3) production organization of the machine-readable personified and other documents of all types and categories;

4) standardization of program technical means, assistance to creation of joint societies and other commercial and non-profit organizations;

5) development of joint projects in the field of creation of information society;

6) other directions of cooperation jointly determined by the Parties.

Article 3

The parties will cooperate by means of:

1) exchange of information, including technical documentation, concerning forming and realization of state policy in the field of informatization;
