About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 676) the following changes:

b) in the paragraph the second the word "Government" shall be replaced with words parts 5 "Cabinet of Ministers";
The word "Government" shall be replaced with words 5) in parts 1 and 3 of Article 10 "Cabinet of Ministers";
6) in Article 11:
a) in Item 6 of the word "limited opportunities" to replace with the word "disability";
b) in Item 10 of the word "limited opportunities of health" to replace with the word "disability";
Part 4 of Article 12 to state 7) in the following edition:
"4. The refusal in early review of the standard can be appealed in the interdepartmental commission, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic as collegiate organ or in court according to the procedure, determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on administrative activities and ministerial procedures.";
