Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About domestic trade in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 5, the Art. 199) the following changes:

"Provisions of this Law are not applied to the relations connected with the organization and implementation:
