1. Determine that:

a) documents on confirmation of conformity of products concerning which the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 23, 2022 No. 143 makes changes to the mandatory requirements established by the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013) made by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 9, 2013 No. 67 (further - products), the Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission issued or made before the effective date of September 23, 2022 No. 143, are valid before the termination of term of their action, but no later than 180 calendar days from the effective date of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 23, 2022 No. 143;

b) documents on state registration of products (the data on state registration of products containing in the unified register of specialized food products) issued (included in the register) before the date of entry into force of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 23, 2022 No. 143, are valid before the termination of term of their action, but no later than 180 calendar days from the effective date of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 23, 2022 No. 143;
