About introduction of amendments to the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998

Art. I. - In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with part (6-5) following contents:

"(6-5) Implementation by physical person of the types of activity specified in line items 2.52 and 2.53 appendices are allowed till January 1, 2024.".

2. Add Article 4 with parts (3-2) and (3-3) following of content:

"(3-2) K to the petition on implementation of the activities specified in line item 2.52 appendices, the applicant attaches the copy of the diploma or other education document confirming the skill level necessary for implementation of the corresponding type of activity, the certificate of lack of criminal record and of not accountability for offenses, the declaration under the personal liability that it is not deprived of the parent rights by the final decision of degree of jurisdiction, the medical certificate for the admission to service on care of children issued by the family doctor in the form approved by the Ministry of Health.

(3-3) K to the petition on implementation of the activities specified in line item 2.53 appendices, the applicant attaches the copy of the diploma or other education document confirming the skill level necessary for implementation of the corresponding type of activity, the certificate of lack of criminal record and the certificate of not accountability for offenses, the declaration under the personal liability that it is not deprived of the parent rights by the final decision of degree of jurisdiction, the medical certificate for the admission to service on care of children issued by the family doctor in the form approved by the Ministry of Health, the copy of the statement from the real estate register or, as necessary, the employment contract of real estate object which will be used during the related activity, the declaration under own responsibility that he does not live with persons condemned for intentional crime execution or offenses against freedom, honor and advantage of the personality.".
