No. 399-404, 1945), to state in the following edition:
"2.3. The second type of TP is applied in case of customs clearance with the following codes of customs procedures:
Procedure 5:
5300, 5341, 5351, 5354, 5355, 5357, 5371, 5373, 5376, 5378, 5386, 5388, 5391;
5400, 5441, 5451, 5453, 5455, 5457, 5471, 5473, 5476, 5478, 5486, 5488, 5491.
In case of customs clearance of the goods placed under temporary import regime or temporary export in case of their further return in steady-state condition the second type of TP depending on the term specified in the 49th heading of the customs declaration and customs appointment is applied namely:
- for the goods placed in temporary import regime or temporary export and according to the subjects to re-export or return presented at exhibitions and fairs for cultural and sporting events for the term of no more than 61 day 0,05 of % of customs value, but no more than 400 euros is levied;
