Article 1

According to the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 5-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic and education as a part of the Russian Federation the new subject - the Donetsk People's Republic" and with article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation":
