b) state subitem 4 in the following edition:
"4) wills of the military personnel, and at home stations of military units, connections, organizations and military schools where there are no notaries, also wills working in these parts, connections, organizations and military schools of civilians, members of their families and members of families of the military personnel, certified by commanders (chiefs) of the relevant military units, connections, organizations or military schools;";
