Article 1

1) in Article 5:

2) in Article 8:

b) the paragraph one of item 4 after the words "and price of federal special brands" to add with words ", and also procedure for marking by means of identification of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré, mead";

6) in Article 14:

a) in Item 1:

in the paragraph the twelfth to exclude the words "and declaring";

add with new paragraphs the thirteenth and fourteenth the following content:

"The organizations performing production and (or) turnover of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré of the mead which is subject to obligatory marking by means of identification shall represent data on production volume and (or) turnover of such products to the corresponding state information system according to the rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The individual entrepreneurs performing retail sale of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré, mead or retail sale of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré of mead when rendering the services of public catering which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification shall represent data on purchasing amount and retail sale of such products to the corresponding state information system according to the rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
