In our country the measures directed to enhancement of judicial system, ensuring reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and citizens, including children and also on reforming and further development of system of preschool education are taken.

For the purpose of further ensuring effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship, expansion of possibility of appeal in administrative courts of decisions of administrative authorities, this Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative legal proceedings makes the change providing increase in term of appeal of decisions, actions (failure to act) of administrative authorities, self-government institutions of citizens, their officials from 3 to 6 months.

Also for the purpose of the prevention of leaving of children in the territory of foreign countries without due guardianship and custody, protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests this Law makes corresponding changes to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About guarantees of the rights of the child", Criminal, Criminal procedure codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility. In particular, establishment of responsibility for leaving of children without supervision in the territory of foreign countries is provided.
