In recent years in the country consecutive work on further enhancement of judicial system of law, strengthening of measures for ensuring reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens is carried out.
At the same time there is need for creation of additional terms for ensuring protection judicially of the rights and legitimate interests of physical persons when rendering the state services to them.
This Law provides possibility of payment of the state fee in the amount of 50 percent from the established rate when giving by citizens in court of statements (claims) to the decisions, actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations connected with rendering the state services.
The regulation offered by this Law will serve ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens judicially, and also to further expansion of access to justice.
Article 1. The note of Item 3 appendices to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 6, 2020 No. ZRU-600 "About the state fee" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020, No. 1, the Art. 1, No. 3, the Art. 201, No. 5, the Art. 298, No. 10, the Art. 593, No. 12, Art. 691; 2021, No. 1, Art. 13, appendix to No. 4, No. 7, Art. 661, No. 8, Art. of the Art. 800, 803, No. 10, Art. 968; 2022, 2, the Art. 76, No. 3, the Art. of the Art. 214, of 216, No. 4, the Art. 340, No. 5, the Art. of the Art. 463, of 464, of 467) to add No. with the paragraph the second the following content:
"In case of the appeal to courts on decisions, the actions (failure to act) of state bodies and other organizations connected with rendering the state services citizens pay the state fee specified in the subitem "b" of this Item in the amount of 50 percent from the established rate. At the same time other part of the state fee is collected by results of consideration of the case according to the procedure, established by the law".
