About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of creation of equal conditions when carrying out assessment procedure of the quality level of the educational organization, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts on independent accreditation in education system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 29, 2015 No. 670 the following changes:
according to the procedure of accreditation of the educational organizations and programs, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Procedure establishes the procedure of carrying out accreditation of the educational organizations (institutional accreditation) and educational programs (program accreditation).
Accreditation is carried out according to the minimum requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic imposed to the accredited educational organization (national accreditation) or with standards of international associations (networks) on education quality assurance (the international accreditation).
National accreditation is carried out by the accreditation agencies recognized by National accreditation council under authorized state body to the fields of education.
The international accreditation is carried out by the accreditation agencies:
- recognized as National accreditation council under authorized state body, in the field of education;
- the being complete or associated members in the international networks of quality assurance of education.
National and international program accreditations happen primary (Ex-Ante) (carried out in the first year of implementation of the educational program) and complete (carried out in the presence of final year of the educational program).
