In recent years in our country special attention is paid to eradication of forced labor, especially enhancement of the legal acts and mechanisms of their realization directed to increase in efficiency of fight against the cases connected with involvement of pedagogical employees of the educational organizations to the works which are not connected with their labor obligations.
However cases of involvement of pedagogical workers to the actions which are not connected with their professional activity proceed.
In this regard the regulation providing criminal liability for repeated making of administrative coercion to work of pedagogical workers after application of administrative punishment for the same act is brought in the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Besides, strengthening of responsibility for administrative coercion to work of pedagogical workers, and also for illegal intervention in their professional activity is provided in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.
This Law will serve strengthening of responsibility for the offenses connected with involvement of pedagogical employees of the educational organization to forced labor for illegal intervention in professional activity of pedagogical workers, and also to providing their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
