in Rules and terms of forming by the temporary administrator and interim manager of the register of requirements of the creditors approved by the specified order:
to state part one of Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. For the purpose of satisfaction of requirements of creditors and ensuring their interests with the temporary administrator in time no later than 2 (two) months from the date of removal of determination of court about initiation of proceedings about rehabilitation the register in form according to appendix 1 to this order is created.";
state Item 34 in the following edition:

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
