According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 27, 2023 No. PP-74 "About additional measures for enhancement of system of support of persons with disability" and finance and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide the Ministry of Economics:

1. Declare invalid the resolution Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 10, 2015 No. 104 and 41 "About approval of rules of survey by medical labor commissions of experts of handicapped children aged up to 16 years" (рег. No. 2752 of January 16, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 27).

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
