About approval of the Regulations on territorial defense of the Republic of Moldova
In pursuance of part provisions (2) article 34 of the Law on the modes of the emergency, obsidional and warlike situation N212-XV of June 24, 2004. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. N132-137, 696) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on territorial defense of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
2. Recommend to bodies of local public authority of the second level, the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Gagauz-Eri) and municipiums of Chisinau and Belts:
a) in 6-month time to develop and approve:
plan of territorial defense;
structure and staff list of forming of territorial defense;
the plan of expansion and reduction in readiness for action of forming of territorial defense;
plan of preparation of forming of territorial defense;
b) in 3-month time after approval of the staff list of forming of territorial defense to organize actions for their completion by human and material resources.
