At the same time, timely and correct removal of determinations on the questions arising by consideration of civil case promotes its proper preparation for legal proceedings, realization of the rights of participants of process, adoption of the legal, reasoned and fair decision.
The general provisions regulating procedure for removal, content and execution of determinations of Trial Court are provided by Chapter 24 GPK.
2. Determinations of Trial Court can be taken out as in the form of the separate procedural statement which is drawn up in the certain room (the consultative room), and in courtroom by entering into the protocol of judicial session of the corresponding record about the decision made by court.
3. The court shall take out determination in the form of the separate procedural act on questions:
about adoption of the statement to production and initiation of proceedings;
about default of acceptance of the statement to production;
about return of the statement;
about preparation of case for legal proceedings;
about purpose of case to legal proceedings;
about connection of homogeneous cases and separation of several requirements in separate production;
