Article 1

According to the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 8-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Kherson region and education as a part of the Russian Federation the new subject - the Kherson region" and with article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation":

To create 1) in the territory of the Kherson region:

Kherson regional court;

Arbitration Court of the Kherson region;

Aleshkinsky district court;

Belozersk district court;

Berislavsky district court;

Velikoaleksandrovsky interdistrict court;

Velikolepetikhsky interdistrict court;

Genichesky district court;

Golopristansky district court;

Kakhovsky district court;

Novokakhovsky city court;

Novotroitsk interdistrict court;

Skadovsky district court;

Kherson city court;

Chaplynsky interdistrict court;

Kherson garrison military court;

To determine 2) that jurisdiction of the Kherson regional court and Arbitration Court of the Kherson region, created according to Item 1 of this Article, extends to the territory of the Kherson region in the limits set by part 1 of article 3 of the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 8-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Kherson region and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Kherson region";

To determine 3) that jurisdiction of the city, district and interdistrict courts created according to Item 1 of this Article extends to the territories of the following administrative-territorial formations of the Kherson region:
