About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590

Based on article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 "About consumer protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 90-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of consumer services of consumers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

the list of categories of the consumers having the right to preferential servicing;

information on the bodies exercising state regulation and control in the field of consumer services of the population (the name, legal address, phone number);

terms of rendering household services, except services in maintenance and repair of motorized vehicles.";
