About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 "About change of the laws concerning the security market" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 197-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585:
to state subitem 3.10 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3.10. licensing and control over the implementation of the legislation on licensing, including licensed requirements, licensees to which the Ministry of Finance provides the license;";
in item 4:
to exclude from subitem 4.68 of the word "and conditions of implementation of the licensed type of activity";
state subitem 4.68-2 in the following edition:
"4.68-2. performs state registration of releases (additional releases) of issued securities (except for strips), including assignment of the state registration number to release of issued securities (except for strips), assignment of registration numbers to releases of strips, registration of prospectuses of the issue, the changes and (or) additions made to prospectuses of the issue (except for depositary and exchange bonds);";
state subitem 4.68-7 in the following edition:
