About additional measures for carrying out population census and dwelling stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2010

According to article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About population census" and for the purpose of carrying out population census and dwelling stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2010, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out population census and dwelling stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2010.

2. Approve the enclosed structure of State commission of assistance of population census and dwelling stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2010.

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas of the republic for performance of work on preparation and carrying out population census and dwelling stock:

- form the commissions of assistance of population census and dwelling stock in local executive bodies of the government;

- till July 1, 2008 to specify the list of areas, residential locations and their borders, to arrange in residential locations and large villages the name of streets, numbering of houses and apartments with installation of notices and registration plates;

- till January 1, 2009 to check by bypass correctness and completeness of the current accounting of the population and dwelling stock living in apartment houses and premises, in other structures of residential and rural locations;

- till January 1, 2009 to constitute schematic plans of residential locations, large villages and the map of areas and to provide cartographic materials to local authorities of statistics;

- in February, 2009 to provide creation of lists of villages according to the verified data of books (lists) of pokhozyaystvenny accounting;
