About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2022 No. 354
Based on paragraphs of the thirty first, sixty fourth and sixty sixth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2022 No. 354 "About approval of Rules of system of instant payments" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "second", "fifth" and "seventh" to replace respectively with words of "first", "fourth" and "sixth";
in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word of "April, 2023" shall be replaced with words "January, 2024".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
