Article 1

for the persons which acquired pension entitlement for long service according to Item 53 of the Regulations on the social guarantees, privileges and immunities in the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 32 to this Agreement) and dismissed replaced in the Commission or Court of the Union before the date of entry into force of the Protocol on modification;

behind persons replacement for the date of entry into force of the Protocol on modification of position of the Commissions or Court of the Union and having for this date years of service of the public civil service for award of pension for long service at least 20 years;
