In the Order of the Government No. 899/2017 about approval of Sanitary regulations about addition of vitamins and minerals, and also certain substances of other type in foodstuff (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 390 - 395, Art. 1008), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in preamble the text "parts (9) article 9 of the Law No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments" to replace with the text "parts (5) article 14 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes";

b) after preamble and formula of acceptance to add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
