ABOUT APPROVAL OF THE REGULATIONS ON STATE REGISTRATION OF CREATION OF THE OPERATED CAPITAL STRUCTURES (BUILDINGS, CONSTRUCTIONS), THE ISOLATED ROOMS AND MASHINO-MEST
According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state registration of creation of the operated capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms and parking places.
2. To committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus together with interested to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the list of the documents necessary for state registration of the rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to the operated capital structures (buildings, constructions) and the isolated rooms.
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2004.
