In paragraphs four and the fifth part 1 of Article 35 and part 3 of article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liquidation of credit institutions" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 432; 2012, No. 7, Art. 701; 2018, 533) words of "savings of physical persons" and "Fund of insurance of savings of physical persons" respectively shall be replaced with words Art. No. 7-8, "deposits and savings" and "Fund of deposits insurance and savings of Tajikistan".
Article 2. Enact this Law after 3 months after official publication.
