Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About trade and consumer services" of March 19, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, Art. 186; 2014, No. 3, Art. 150; 2015, Art. No. 7-9, 704) following changes:
1. To state the paragraph of the eighth Article 8 in the following edition:
"-establishment of working hours of the organizations, important from the point of view of regulation, and objects of trade, consumer services and other types of servicing according to the legislation;".
2. To state part 3 of Article 11 in the following edition:
"3. Local executive bodies of the government in the corresponding administrative and territorial units set operating mode of the state markets independently.".
3. To exclude part 5 of Article 13.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
