1. The II categories, more than 16 trains located on the sites with traffic load in days which are not equipped with the automatic traffic light alarm system with the white and lunar blinking signal (fire) and automatic control of defect of devices of the crossing alarm system at the person on duty on the station (the train dispatcher).

Operation of the above-stated moving without duty worker on condition of the moving equipment is allowed by security system which automatically notifies the driver of the approaching train on availability of obstacle in the railway crossing, and also the traffic lights warning the driver of motor transport about approach of the train. This security system provides monitoring and fixation of situation on moving.
