About introduction of import ban of wheat on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan road transport

1. Impose ban for a period of six months on import of wheat (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 100119; 100199) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan road transport from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
