Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About checks of activities of business entities" of December 25, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 12, p.1 Art. 1115; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 578; 2019, No. 6, Art. 326; 2020, No. 1, Art. 29) following changes and amendment:

1. To state part 3 of Article 4 in the following edition:

"3. Carrying out supervision (the state control, supervising works) and check of activities of business entities is forbidden from the state bodies and structures having according to power regulatory legal acts on carrying out supervision (the state control, supervising works) and checks, not the stipulated in Article 10 these Laws, except for provisions of part 2 of this Article and availability of criminal case.".

2. Regarding 1 Article 10:

- Item in paragraph one 1) to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
